UX Mail is a fully-digital, in-chassis voice mail that is best able to meet these expectations. Digital integration brings increased speed and accuracy to your voice mail system. And since UX Mail is a blade that plugs right into the UX5000 chassis, it is easy to install. In addition to powerful Voice Mail and Automated Attendant features, UX Mail also offers the latest Unified Messaging technology. UX Mail Unified Messaging integrates and synchronizes your voice mailbox with your email inbox.
IntraMail is a full-featured Voice Mail Auto Attendant system that will transfer incoming callers and record Voice Mail messages. Eliminate or minimize the need for an operator or receptionist. IntraMail automatically answers incoming calls and provides callers a wide variety of dialing options (i.e., press 1 for Sales, press 2 for Service).
Fax Detection
The Automated Attendant can automatically detect incoming fax calls and transfer them to a fax machine, maximizing the use of your telephone lines.
Email Integration
Receive notification of a new voice mail message to your inbox or Email device. In addition, the sent notification can optionally include the recorded message as a WAV file attachment. With this option, if you have the ability to access your Email, you can also have the ability to listen to your voice mail messages without having to call your office.

That’s because Aspire S gives you a choice: You can deploy traditional circuit-switched technology, VoIP, or a combination, all from one system! You have the freedom to adopt VoIP when and where you need it.
Aspire provides peer-to-peer IP switching. "Peer-to-peer" switching means that the stations participating in a call are connected directly to each other through the IP network. The signals travel through the IP network but do not "go through" the switch as they do in traditional telephony.
The fact that Aspire can function in and support a "hybrid" network with traditional digital/analog switching, IP/TDM/IP switching and pure peer-to-peer IP switching means that users can continue to utilize their existing equipment while they begin to phase in IP Telephony and lay the foundation for current and future networks.

Aspire Mail expands from 2 to 8 voice mail ports, includes 200 mailboxes and stores at least three hours of messages. Aspire Mail options are easily customized from a PC or laptop computer through the built-in modem or programming port.
Aspire Mail Plus takes you to the next level of voice mail needs with expanded storage capacity. At least 130 hours of voice storage are available along with 4 to 8 voice mail ports and 1,000 mailboxes. Even with all of the sophistication built into Aspire Mail Plus, installation and maintenance are relatively simple. Aspire Mail Plus can also be customized over your Ethernet LAN.
With Aspire Mail, you’ll get one-touch access to our most frequently used integrated voice mail features. Use the voice mail features you need the most - like Calling Your Mailbox and Leaving a Message for a co-worker just by pressing a single key. Use this same key to check your Message Count Display to see how many messages you have waiting in your mailbox. One touch "Soft" keys make it easy to manage your voice mail messages.
And, while you’re on a call, just a few touches can also Transfer your call directly to a co-worker’s mailbox. For those important messages, mark them Urgent (for priority treatment) and/or Confidential (for the recipient only).
IntraMail is an optional plug-in card for that offers 4 or 8 ports of voice mail and auto attendant. It is a full-featured Voice Mail Auto Attendant system that can transfer incoming callers and record Voice Mail messages, as well as offer a host of advanced features.

user can then assign unique ring tones to help differentiate between
these incoming calls.
Message Center Key
To ensure that important messages are delivered and responded to
quickly and efficiently, a group of co-workers can share voice message
responsibilities. Messages can be left in a designated mailbox. Each
group member will have an assigned key associated with that mailbox which will flash when a new message has been received.
Directory Dialing
Ease callers through the call routing process. IntraMail provides the ability to have multiple company and personal greetings and the capability to reach an employee’s extension by entering their name instead of extension number.

For detail accuracy while on an important call, record the conversation into any mailbox for later review. You can also send your recorded conversation to a co-worker.
Message Notification
Eliminate the need to call the office to check for new messages. IntraMail can automatically call a designated telephone number (such as a cell phone) to let the user know when new messages arrive. This feature can also be used to enhance a Service/Dispatch Center.
